We’re looking for an enthusiastic and well organised Client Account Co-Ordinator to join our Thainstone Specialist Auctions Team.
Who we are
Thainstone Specialist Auctions, a division of the ANM Group Ltd, is highly experienced in offering detailed valuations and appraisal services as well as sales of plant & machinery and vehicles across Scotland and the whole of the UK from its offices in Aberdeenshire and the Central Belt.
The role
Working with the Specialist Auction Team, this is a multi-faceted role where you will assist with actively sourcing and canvassing potential clients through various channels as well as developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to expand and grow our customer base. You will be required to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities as well as understand market trends to develop and drive the business forward.
As part of the role, you will provide assistance to the auctioneers, attend and assist with asset valuations as required and assist with the set-up of external and on-site sales.
This is a real hands-on role with great potential and offers a unique opportunity to join an exciting and dynamic team providing a diverse and varied role with excellent career progression opportunities for the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate requires:
A full clean driving licence is essential as some travel will be required.
