Collective Sales Co-ordinator

Aberdeen & Northern Marts are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly organised and customer focused Collective Sales Co-ordinator to strengthen our busy team at Thainstone, Inverurie.
The role
Reporting into the Lead Collective Sales Co-ordinator and working closely with the Collective Sale Yard team, you will be responsible for organising and administering all aspects of the Thainstone collective sale.
Main Duties
Responsible for organising and administering all stages of the collective sales process including stock intake, viewing and uplift of items.
- Labelling and organising accessories, equipment and items for sale and collection.
- Liaising with customers; dealing effectively and professionally with any queries.
- Issuing invoices.
- Following up with customers after the monthly sale.
- Working to a monthly sale timetable and ensuring that all activities are completed on time to the highest possible standard.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- Administration experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Be able to work independently; a self-starter who can contribute towards continuous improvement of working processes
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
This is a permanent and full-time position, with occasional working on a Saturday.
