Events Operations and Administration Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised Operations and Administrative professional to join our Thainstone Events division.
The Events Operations and Administration Assistant will provide key support to the Business Development Executive. This role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of events at the Thainstone Centre. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and proactive in supporting both clients and the events team.
Flexibility in this role is key as some evening and weekend working will be required when events are taking place – this will be planned well in advance.
Core hours will be 15-20 hours per week over 4/5 days.
