We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our dedicated IT team to provide support to internal and external stakeholders. This role is based at our head office in Inverurie but will include travel to our remote satellite offices when required. The IT Support Engineer will provide technical support to end users and support the server & network environment; work with the further IT team to enhance the IT infrastructure of the company; provide Helpdesk cover and IT reporting and documentation when required.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role.
If you have a good level of experience in an IT support role, experience of Helpdesk operations and are an effective communicator and problem solver then we want to hear from you!
