Live online collective auction of plant & machinery, tractors, telehandlers, excavators, farm implements, light & heavy commercials, 4X4’s, trailers and containers, with the addition of a timed online auction of builders equipment.

Entries

Entries are accepted Monday 10th to Thursday 13th January 2022, from 9am to 4pm.

Please have a completed entry form ready and forms can be found here. Note: forms can be filled in online, but will need to be printed off as a physical signature is required for legal reasons

We are operating a “drop and go” service and a member of staff will meet you at the yard entrance gate and guide you where to go.

Viewing

Viewing will be available on Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th January from 9am to 4pm.

Live Online Sale 1. - 9am – Small Plant Including Motorised Groundcare Equipment, Quads, (Fenceside) Followed By Heavy Plant, Tractors, Excavators, Light Commercial Vehicles, 4x4’s , Heavy Commercial Vehicles and Artic Trailers.
 
Live Online Sale 2. - 9.30am – Agricultural Machinery & Implements Followed By Livestock Handling Equipment & Livestock Requisites.
 
Live Online Sale 3. - 1.30pm – Plant & Car Trailers Followed By Caravans, Livestock Trailers, Containers & Lorry Bodies.

Timed Auction of Builders Equipment etc

This timed auction will start on Friday 14th January at 6pm and will continuously run through until 6pm on Tuesday 18th January.

This sale will also feature a timed online auction of builders equipment, further details about opening and closing bids will be released shortly.  

  • When registering online for the timed auction you will be asked for a £1,000 deposit, if no items are purchased then the deposit will be fully refunded after the sale ends (this can take up 5 working days to be refunded). If items are purchased, then the deposit will go towards your purchase price and any remaining funds will be refunded or you may need to pay an outstanding balance depending on the amount you decided to bid. 

  • This timed auction will start on Friday 14th January at 6pm and will continuously run through until 6pm on Tuesday 18th January

  • Throughout the sale buyers will be notified by email if they have been out bid by another bidder

  • The VAT status will be shown on each individual lot so please be aware of this amount

  • Please note that items will not be sold if the reserve price is not reached – you will be informed after the sale if your bid was successful or not

  • The timed auction will end in a staggered approach with lots 1 -100 ending at 6pm, lots 101 – 200 ending at 6:30pm and continuing in 100 lot blocks every 30 mins until last lots ended. This sale is subject to the 2 minute extension rule, whereby if a bid is received within 2 minutes of the closing time, the closing time will extend by a further 2 minutes and will continue to do so until the 2 minutes has elapsed on the final bid

  • Payment and collection as from 9am on Thursday 20th January

Collection of Purchases

Can be made from Thursday 20th and Friday 21st January, from 9am to 4pm and Monday 24th to Wednesday 26th January from 9am to 4pm. Thereafter by arrangement only by phoning 01467 623700 (Option 1) or 01467 623770
