Sous Chef
Porterhouse is our renowned steakhouse and restaurant, based at Thainstone, Inverurie, in the heart of Aberdeenshire, and 20 minutes from Aberdeen city centre.
At Porterhouse, we pride ourselves on offering an authentic field-to-fork experience, creating delicious dishes using only the finest of locally sourced meat and produce, carefully prepared in our award-winning kitchen.
An excellent, and exciting opportunity has become available, and we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a passion to constantly deliver high quality produce and to train and motivate junior team member. 
We are open 5 days a week, Wednesday through to Sunday lunch, so we can offer a flexible, adaptable work environment with varied shifts.
Applicants must have a proven track record as a Sous Chef (minimum 3 year), have excellent communications skills and experience in all areas of the kitchen.
We offer staff meals when on shift, 5.8 weeks holiday per year, friendly working environment.  This is a successful and growing business in which there will always be room for career progression.  Accommodation will be offered for applicants’ out-with the area.
